Paul McGrane, the founder and principal of LYNX Technology Development, brings over two decades of experience in programming, development, and project management to the table. His unique background, which includes over 15 years in restaurant and retail management, has given him a deep appreciation for the importance of efficient workflows and customer-centric solutions. Paul is a hands-on leader who is passionate about technology and dedicated to helping businesses succeed. He has a proven track record of building and managing successful development teams, both locally and remotely, and has worked with a diverse range of clients, from the US Navy and Corning to startups and small businesses. When he’s not in the office, Paul enjoys spending time with his grandson, reading, and tinkering in his shop.
